I originally purchased this for work when I had a summer camp director gig. I love how it could break down what duties I had into categories, and the “Smart List” option is fantastic. I had 3 binders with separate rosters I had to keep track of, medical reports, etc. and since I wasn't always at a computer, I could have this with me at all times to refer to which parents I needed to call about which misbehaving kid, who needs their medications at what time, what site visitors were coming and at what time, etc. WAY better than walking around with a legal pad jotting down notes of everything 
This is also great for school! Wouldn't dream of using anything else!
