We are winners!
Evernote won the TechCrunch Crunchie for Best Mobile Startup of 2008. This is a tremendous honor. We thank everyone that helped make our mantel a little more crowded. You all rock!
Google Notebook importer
Recently, Google announced that they were stopping development on Google Notebook. To ensure that no one is left out in the cold, we released a Google Notebook importer that makes it incredibly simple to bring content your content into Evernote. If you know a Google Notebook user, make sure to let them know. Learn more: http://s.evernote.com/googleimport
Go Premium with PayPal or Google Checkout
In addition to Google Checkout, you can now upgrade to Evernote Premium via PayPal. Paypal allows you to pay via credit card and a number of other methods. It’s particularly useful for those living outside the United States. Upgrade now: http://s.evernote.com/gopremium
Windows Mobile: Location. Location. Location
For those out there with GPS-enabled Windows Mobile phones and devices, Evernote will now capture the location of your notes and let you search by proximity to your current location, just like our iPhone version. This update also includes improved support for Evernote Premium File Sync. Read on: http://s.evernote.com/wmupdate
Tweet tweet
As many of you know, we’re big fans of Twitter. A while back we asked you to tell us what you liked about our @Evernote tweeting and what you didn’t. The response was clear: more suggestions on how to use Evernote and fewer links to media coverage. So, for those interested in the latter, we just launched a second Twitter account focused solely on media and blogosphere coverage. Check it out: http://www.twitter.com/evernotepress
